30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on every order. If you're not completely satisfied with your WhiskerWatch mirror, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at whiskerwatchmirror@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every mirror to prevent shipping damage. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at whiskerwatchmirror@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a free replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except on damaged or defective items, which we replace at no cost.

Shipping Times

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days and typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.
